Pygooanvas windows binaries

I upoaded here pygoocanvas.pyd, kindly provided by Armin Burgmeier 
on my request on goocanvas mailing list.

All you need to do is to drop it in Lib/site-packages directory
of the window python installation along with the goocanvas binaries 
that can be donwloaded from 

  http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/goocanvas/
